The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, close to the center of the city and right opposite the bus stop into the city. It was so close to everything, especially the tourist sites. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel is a little gem, with gorgeous rooms that are absolutely immaculate. The attention to detail is fantastic, from the fresh towels in the room to the lovely balcony overlooking Via Gregorio VII. The staff are some of the nicest people we have ever met, always remembering our names and going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast each morning is generous, with fresh pastries served as you sit and enjoy the good quality, tasty food.
